- After placing your order, choose any payment method.
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 7 business days after placement.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or any social media platform, depending on your chosen communication preference.
2. Shipping Notifications
- You will be notified when your item is shipped WhatsApp or any social media platform, depending on your chosen communication preference.
- The notification will include the tracking number and a link to track your package via the courier service.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier service selected.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided in your shipping notification. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or in the event of unforeseen delays.
4. Tracking Information
- You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
- For assistance with tracking, feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping option.
6. Address Accuracy
- Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us, and we will assist in tracking it down.
8. We are using standard courier JNT , NINJAVAN and GDEX-Express Only
- Standard - RM10.00 SM(PARCEL ONLY) / RM20.00 SS(PARCEL ONLY)
- Bulky (Gdex only)- RM30.00 for 1 - 3kg in SM
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. Note: Any issues caused by the courier will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process instead.
